Dear Mr. Stastny,
I am writing to mention a situation at the festival this past weekend.
The security guards were lazy; they did not know the answer to any question such as “where is the First Aid station?” and “what is the nearest train station?”.
These important services are a part of every good festival. Security should be a good thing, not only standing around checking everyone’s entry-bracelets. They answer to you, you are their boss. Don’t you think all your festival employees should be aware of the basics? Me and my family are upset at the experience; our son got sick and we needed to make arrangements, but we could not even get basic information from the festival staff.
Therefore I am asking you to simply compensate my family for the experience by refunding our ticket fees. The price per ticket was 550 Kc and we bought 4, so please refund 2200 Kc to my bank account. The account number is 38362069/52.
Thank you for your cooperation and I am looking forward to an even better festival next year. May I suggest training all your people in such matters. I wish you all the best.

Dear Ms. Carter,
Last Saturday 12 September I took my 5-year old son to the dinosaur show in Ahoy Rotterdam. I must say the show was great; we loved it and have been recommending it to our friends.
After the show, my son insisted on spending his pocket money to purchase the T.Rex Spinning Light. Unfortunately the lights do not work (it does turn around and around OK), even in a dark room there is no light to be seen.
He is understandably terribly disappointed.
Perhaps we should have opened it up immediately in Ahoy and then we could have known it was defective. However time was short and we had to catch the train home.
Please tell me how I can exchange this souvenir and get a new one ASAP; my son is so disappointed that he used up his savings for something that doesn’t work.

Dear Western Digital,
I’ve written to you about this product before – how it was always giving me trouble.
I was able to get it working once again, until it crashed again: diagnostics failed.
Then I just put it away sadly and thought “I’m just unlucky with this one, the next one will be better.”
So I bought a new one, 2 TB and so far so good.
I just went online to register it and realized my warranty is still good for my 160 Passport. Maybe I’m not so unlucky after all!
Please tell me what to do with this product (WDXMS1600TN) – I’ll gladly post it to you so you can see once and for all that it is defective.
Then you will send me a new one?
Is this OK?
